St. John's
St. Johns is a scenic, natural stretch of land with extensive frontage along the St. Johns River. The site is planned for approximately 250 home sites nestled among 100+ acres of preservation.
The plan calls for preserving environmentally sensitive areas including critical view-sheds. A pedestrian trail will stretch the entire river front under canopies of native live oak, magnolia, hickory, and pine. Home sites will have limited turf grass and irrigation and a plant palette emphasizing Florida native varieties.
